Jim Kimsey
James V. "Jim" Kimsey (1939–2016), co-founder and first CEO of America Online (AOL). Named in victim Virginia Giuffre's handwritten journals listing men she was directed to have sexual encounters with by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Listed in Epstein's contact directory ("black book") with multiple phone numbers. Kimsey was a prominent Washington, D.C. business figure, West Point graduate, and Vietnam veteran who founded the Capital Investors investment firm. He was also founding chairman of the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian. Died November 1, 2016, at age 76. Never criminally charged in connection with the Epstein case. Named as Tier 1 (Direct Evidence) based on victim journal entries.
